As Daldorado’s Technical and Business Development Director, Jason brings over 30 years of hands-on experience in structural concrete, hydraulic systems, and aquatic construction. With a strong track record in both large-scale residential and complex commercial construction, his expertise in execution, permitting, and installation makes him an invaluable resource to our team and clients across North America.

Before joining Daldorado, Jason founded and operated his own pool construction company. He managed multimillion-dollar projects from concept to completion, and his practical expertise in concrete, hydraulics, and permitting directly informs his work today—helping engineers, builders, and architects integrate Daldorado’s solutions into code-compliant installations. Also, as a licensed commercial pool contractor, Jason combines field-tested knowledge with executive insight, serving as the link between on-site implementation and product innovation.

At Daldorado, Jason guides technical support, product development, and the development of business strategic partnerships. His ability to visualize projects from start to finish helps identify challenges early and deliver real-world solutions that improve outcomes for clients and stakeholders.

Based in Fort Myers, Florida, Jason continues his engineering education and is committed to raising industry standards. Outside of work, he enjoys time with his wife and son and stays active in both construction and professional development.
