Matt Kelly is a seasoned executive who has built process-driven management teams across a wide variety of industry-leading enterprises in the banking, hospitality, arts & entertainment, and venture capital worlds.  His passion for analytics and communication make every project more engaging, productive, rewarding, and successful.

In addition to Matt’s responsibilities to provide take-offs and prepare estimates for Daldorado's clients within the public and private commercial pools, waterparks, he will also manage each “Estimated Bid Project” to ensure Daldorado’s products are represented correctly to the Pool Contractors and Design Consultants and ultimately, onto the successful bid project. He works closely in support of the Sales team and follows up on all leads and challenges brought to our attention.

As the father of four bright, creative and athletically-minded children, Matt spends his free on the field, playground, drawing board, piano, and beach, sharing adventures in his most cherished role. He is also an accomplished musician, songwriter, and bubble-gum philosopher.
