Responsibilities include order processing, shipping, product sourcing and quality control for fabrication & warehouse production. Michael is hands-on in dealing directly with internal and external relationships to ensure the smooth operation of Daldorado’s business functions.  

Michael executes processes, such as inventory management, creating purchase orders, handling shipping issues, and servicing vendor contracts. Additionally, he creates and executes Sales Department processes by managing the customer database, returns, and warranty claims and executes Administration Department processes with internal report and database management.

He has a strong technical aptitude, is creative and solution-oriented with the ability to handle a large volume of simultaneous tasks. Michael enjoys working in logistics and in streamlining production. 

Growing up in the Pacific Northwest, Michael swam at a young age and competed on different swim teams for 6-years, including being a member of his high school varsity team. He also played competitive tennis for 10-years including at collegiate level. He graduated summa cum laude from City University of Seattle with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. Michael is a family man and is a father of 2 wonderful and talented daughters.
