In addition, he possesses in-depth knowledge of CNC precision machining, high-tolerance welding, and the assembly of complex components for both defense and commercial sectors. A certified Six Sigma Green Belt, Mr. Vaughan is highly proficient in Lean Manufacturing methodologies, including Kaizen and Kanban, and strives to implement improvement strategies.
