The Gold Standard

Effective from date of completed installation, Daldorado Party, LLC (aka Daldorado) will provide a ten-year warranty, prorated after 1 year, that all Daldorado pool, drain and trench grates will be free from defects in materials and workmanship, will not flake or degrade, and that the colors remain colorfast. Warranty is based on the condition that all Daldorado products are installed and maintained as per the manufacturers' instructions including, but not limited to fasteners checked annually, that all grating is kept in a clean condition and free of debris that could result in staining. 


This warranty does not apply to failure as a result of incorrect construction or installation of the support lip per drawings. In addition, this warranty shall be null and void should any ad hoc corners or other special fabrication be provided by those other than Daldorado, or its authorized suppliers. 


This warranty covers normal pedestrian use of the product as a pool or drainage grate, which includes damage or deterioration resulting from normal use and exposure, aka normal wear and tear. 


The warranty includes the cost of the replacement grate only, and does not cover labor or any other related charges. Any warranty claim must include pictures and/or a sample of the defect along with any other pertinent details, and sent directly to Daldorado at the address below.
