He is a grounded Process Engineer and CNC Manufacturing Specialist who brings a practical, results-driven approach backed by a distinguished manufacturing career spanning more than three decades. His extensive professional foundation is built upon three core pillars of technical expertise: advanced CNC programming, industrial additive manufacturing, and rigorous process validation.

In his day-to-day role at Daldorado, Richard serves as a vital bridge, seamlessly translating back-office engineering designs and requirements into practical, high-efficiency shop-floor manufacturing setups. Driven by a deep professional commitment to continuous improvement on the production floor, he collaborates closely with the internal Daldorado team to design efficient tooling fixtures and refine operational production processes. His ultimate focus is on developing the innovative processes and technologies required to maintain the steady, reliable output of the company's high-quality aquatic components.
