As a 35-year veteran in the aquatics industry, Stephen Votta has held key sales development positions in top-notch companies such as Vortex, a premier aquatic play feature manufacturer, and Neptune-Benson (now an Equova brand), the industry leader in water and disinfection filtration.
During his 25-year tenure with Neptune-Benson, Stephen has built and maintained many strong relationships working extensively with aquatic engineers, architects and designers. His thorough knowledge of product, coupled with his sales and marketing expertise has gained Stephen much notoriety within the aquatics field. Stephen has also been recognized for recruiting and training highly successful sales staff, offering guidance and mentorship.
Stephen’s greatest strengths are his creativity, dedication and leadership. He thrives on challenges, particularly those that expand the company’s reach. These many accomplishments, compliment Daldorado’s sales initiatives, both domestic and internationally — to develop and strengthen business relationships, cultivating sales channels (networking) and educating existing clientele, as well as new prospects, on the recurrent changes within the aquatic industry.
Stephen holds a degree in Architectural Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology and resides with his wife in Gainesville, Georgia. In his free time, Stephen enjoys boating, family and travel.
